About Us
Our introduction into the world of providing sublime catering to events over the Christmas period occurred along time ago. Our family history within the realm of fine dining dates back many years, so catering is, if you pardon the cliché, in our blood.

Having a strong history in the realm of catering allowed us to approach catered events with a highly critical eye. And being party animals (especially in our younger years) also facilitated the occurrence of us attending many Christmas catered events. During this period of the year, which is synonymous with the notion of giving, we found that the standards of food which were being consumed at events were well below sub-standard. As was, and is to some extent, often the case within British society, we found that a colossal number of people were on the one hand excited about the prospect of meeting all their friends under the banner of Christmas funtimes, yet were never delighted about the prospect of the food which was to be served. To us, this seemed preposterous, as food should be a critically important member of this time of year.

As a cohesive group, Christmas Party Catering have travelled the world extensively. Through our culinary backgrounds, these journeys of discovery have put us in touch with some extremely novel ways and methods of food preparation. To relate this to the British palate and our broad diaspora of tastes, we have found a real pleasure. As the nature of British society is one of diversity, the culinary expectation tends to reflect this. Thus, with a large degree of food orientated influences, the nation of Britain needs a broad selection of food in order to truly satisfy it. In terms of Christmas party catering, we knew that we could provide a far better service, by combining our restaurant beating food service with our absolute for the festive period.

Being part of a large family has stood us in great stead when it comes to the approach of Christmas catering. This element of our existence was the one which truly introduced the splendour, grandeur and warmth of the festive spirit to us. As we all had huge family gatherings, every year involved a Christmas which was adorned with a substantial amounts of glorious and sensational food. Growing up with this, it was a shame to note just how mediocre the standards of Christmas catering is in the country. And this is one of the main reasons why we approached the prospect of providing surreptitiously great food at the Christmas events of our many guests and clients.

During our many travels, we had come across a huge number of cooking and roasting methods. Chief among these was the spit roasting method. A beautiful way of cooking, e simply could not believe that Britain was not as taken by it as we were. Today, however, through the country experiencing a culinary revolution, the citizens are far more aware of their food, from ingredients in their natural form, through to the finished products which reside upon their plates. Our cuisine based enterprisehiges on using the best methods and ingredients in order to get the most out of our catered events. Through this, we have managed to grow incredibly quickly and to maintain lasting friendships with many who began as our clients. The importance of using the most fresh and vibrant produce has always been a central facet of our enterprise, and was something that was drummed into us from an exceptionally young age. By utilising methods such as the spit roast, we have had the pleasure of befriending many top food producers in the Unite Kingdom, something which our customers always get the benefit of. During our Christmas catered events, we employ the spit roast to great effect, roasting our meat products whole. Starting by adapting our very own spit and hog roasting machines all those years ago, we have now developed mobile roasting units which form the ultimate central attraction at any event of your choice during the festive period. Able to cook and roast inside or outside, these machines not only look stunning and are highly mobile, they are also highly powerful in the culinary aspect. Able to slow roast up to 40 chickens at once in a theatrical manner, these machines can also roast whole pigs, lambs and turkeys, with absolute ease. Making the most of our rotating rotisseries, these machines maximise the amount of pleasure that our clients gain as they entirely re-invent the food we all love at Christmas time. And we haven't even got started on the vegetable and salad options which we can lovingly bestow upon the tables of our customers and clients, wherever the location and whatever the time!

The whole angle which denotes the apparent use of a few straightforward ingredients at Christmas time in Britain, is a facet of life which is steeped in history. During the past few hundred years, it was the unfortunate case that the majority of Britons simply did not have the access to decent food on a regular basis. Although being far more religious (as far as Christianity is concerned) back then, the relative wealth of the people of Britain stipulated that they could not afford culinary luxuries. On top of this, although farming was a huge business, the ability for those on lesser incomes to experience good and fresh produce was highly limited when contrasted against today's standards. Although vegetables and other arable products were grown on a large scale in Britain in the past, it was often not through the intensive means which we see today. With mechanised farm machinery dominating the culinary landscape today, many people of low incomes can still afford to eat food which used to be considered extreme luxuries on behalf of those who lived in the similar economic bracket many years ago. Thus, the importance of the Christmas meal has shifted somewhat. In talking to members of the older generations within Britain, it quickly became apparent that many people looked forward to the Christmas turkey so much, partly due to the fact that they cold not eat as well for the rest of the year. This, of course, provided the speciality of the situation and the intrigue which surrounded it. As a lover of history myself, I think there are few stories as touching as those which revolve around working class families sitting down to a meal which they can not afford to do until the same time next year. You can almost imagine each mouthful being savoured and cherished intently by all of the family, as they eat food which is deprived of them for most of their lives. This is the essence behind why the turkey roast was, and is to a point, cherished.

Our love of Christmas along with our celebrated culinary skill has given us the ability to re-introduce such anticipation at Christmas by re-inventing the food which we all love. Although our Christmas catered services are very reasonable, the services themselves provide people with food that they are simply not used to. First and foremost is the quality of the fare we produce. Our spits and rotisseries cook whole animals in a way that is simply not comparable to any other. Standing the test of time, this method of meat roasting pre-dates modern man; yet it still cannot be bettered. By introducing our fresh and intriguing spices, marinades and seasonings, we allow the slow basting of our meats to facilitate the gentle permeating of the basting fluids. This process retains a huge amount of moisture within our food, beating any other forms of turkey cooking, hands down. Alongside this, our vast amount of ingredient choice allows our customers and clients the express opportunity of choosing any meats they like. Although loving the use of turkey as the central meat, other options allow for people with different tastes to have their palates satisfied at this wonderful and sentimental time of year. Our side dishes, vegetable options, gourmet salads and freshly made desserts combine with our super-slick service in order to create catered events which are etched into the memories of our customers for years and years and years.

So apart from providing stunning food and brilliant theatre, our fully qualified chefs and serving assistants come together to deliver a comprehensive catering experience. Fun for all the family, our aim from the beginning has always been to give people stunning food during their Christmas events. Tired ourselves of mediocrity at Christmas, which many Briton was all too willing to accept, we believe now, as we did at the beginning, that food at Christmas should be better than at any other time. Enjoying quality time has never been more important than today. With many of us working harder, and for longer, the onus on 'down-time,' as far as we're concerned is highly important indeed. So if its quality and enjoyment you're after, you need look no further. Come with us, and we'll have a very, very Happy Christmas indeed.
